The bypass chamber is completely liquid and gas sealed. The only moving part in contact with the liquid is the float. As the float moves, a magnet inside it causes bi-colored magnetic rollers outside the chamber to rotate through 180 degrees and change color -- providing a continuous external visual display of the liquid level.  The basic display requires no external power.    Application Suitable for almost all liquids - including aggressive, toxic or turbulent liquids - and liquefied gases. Special designs are capable of liquid interface measurement.   Temperature -250oF to 850oF (-160oC to 450oC) Pressure Full Vacuum to 5800 psi (40 MPa) Output Features Continuous analog output proportional to liquid level. Discrete magnetic switches. Binary limit switching via suitable controllers. Configurations Top or side mountings. In-line, heating jacket and food industry designs available. By-pass tube lengths to 4m (or greater to special design - dependent upon materials).
